Villa Rossa

Villa Rossa is a luxurious rental holiday house built in 2018. It is located in a peaceful cove in a beautiful Mediterranean setting in the village Ždrelac on the island of Pašman. Surrounded by olive trees and natural greenery, with no more than 20 metres from the sea shore, the villa offers an enjoyable experience of a relaxing holiday away from the everyday stressful life.

Villa Rossa is laid out on two floors. Downstairs there is an open plan kitchen connected to the dining and living areas. There is also a bedroom, a bathroom and two separate toilets. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with a king size bed (180 x 200 cm), a satellite TV and Wi-Fi. All the bedrooms have a balcony with a sea view. In the accommodation unit there is also a convertible sleeper sofa (160 x 200 cm), so the full capacity is 6 + 2 guests.

Villa Rossa has a modern design, it is fully air-conditioned and equipped with everything you might need for your vacation: towels, pool towels, toiletries, water cooler, laundry detergents, a cot and a feeder for children. There is a washing machine and a clothes dryer as well.

In the outdoor area there is a spacious heated pool (32 m2), a jacuzzi, a children's play area, sun loungers and outdoor seating area where you can relax by the pool. There is also a barbecue and an outdoor dining area, perfect for preparing and enjoying your meal in the open air. This is an ideal villa for a family vacation.
